Genuine teamwork with everyone supporting eachother and wanting people to do well. Training opportunities every month. Pay rises happen fairly and at a good pace. Great management. No hierarchy or egos. Good hybrid working, 2 days a week in the office. Autonomy to organise your own monthly work, no micromanagement. My work laptop was a Mac, and it worked great.

Sometimes gets a bit chilly in the office, but it was nothing a big jumper wouldn't fix. Car park spots are a bit small if you've got a huge car.

Their project manager is fantastic at handling work and making sure it is delivered to a high standard without putting undue stress on the team. The head of development is knowledgable and open with communication.

Nothing in particular to point out other than the office feels a little empty at times with the amount of remote workers
