There are some decent people working here. Unfortunately, those people are mostly looking to leave.
Inconvénients
Morale was terrible. You will be MICROMANAGED down to what time you ate lunch, what time you sent emails, what time you made calls, etc.. Leadership's terrible decisions led to high turnover. The people in charge don't understand what channel marketing is. The C-suite team makes decisions without customer or employee feedback. They'll keep blaming their bad results on the company merge but it's actually out of touch leadership that is driving this company into the ground. If you are hired as an individual contributor, know that they are already looking to outsource your role to save money. The new leadership came in and fired all the people who actually knew what they are doing. They won't be in business for long at this rate.
