      Flexible pto and hybrid schedule

      Inconvénients

      Overworked and underpaid Toxic work environment due to senior leadership Favoritism that’s pretty obvious and discouraging Senior leadership has no idea what they’re doing. Direction and company goals are not clear and constantly change. After the acquisition everything went south. It’s best to just avoid this company.

      Avantages

      Worked with some good and talented people and the team itself was the best part.

      Inconvénients

      Before the acquisition, the environment was positive and people felt motivated. After the acquisition, everything changed, layoffs started happening, and the vibe became really toxic. No clear direction from leadership. Goals keep changing and employees are left confused about priorities or what’s expected of them. There’s a lot of favoritism people who are close to the bosses get more opportunities and freedom, while others are constantly monitored.
