      Avantages

      Good location, exposure to many asset classes. Good work life balance, reasonably pleasant staff

      Inconvénients

      Arrogant , cliquey sr management. Difficult to progress career without the right friends

      Avantages

      The staff are friendly, office is well located and pleasant, good IT support.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of advancement, constant cost cutting, very low compensation package

      Avantages

      Great people and friendly, but sometimes just too nice and things take forever. Marketing and distribution was in when I joined. Great offices above Liverpool street very easy Hopefully now under BMO ownership they will be better direction for distribution

      Inconvénients

      Group Management lots of egos and very little action as a team Marketing was almost none existence, felt like a business in decline lack of understanding of who they are
