      It's an employee owned company. Very generous on Health Insurance and Company stocks, and 401K plan.

      Inconvénients

      Very strict on business rules. Not too much room for creative programmers.

      Avantages

      Great management, remote work, some flexibility in schedule, great benefits and PTO, employee owned company. Work can be stressful at times but there is a great support system.

      Inconvénients

      Large workload with high performance expectations which can be stressful at times and require working long hours. No overtime pay.

      Compensation is competitive, onboarding was relatively smooth

      Inconvénients

      Unreasonable performance goals were set really early, performance evaluation inexplicably went from great to unacceptable, basically set up to fail.
