Avantages
Great building and amenities, majority of peers are great people to work with, pay is decent for the area, PTO is generous, and health benefits are slightly above average.
Inconvénients
The most FAKE HR and MANAGEMENT I've ever worked with in my career and as several other reviews have mentioned it started at the top with Craig who at the beginning of his tenure methodically replaced any of his direct reports that had morals, values, integrity and stood up to him - one way or another they were terminated, resigned under immense pressure, or forced into early retirement and they were replaced with incredibly incompetent, mean-spirited, entitled, lazy, power hungry "beautiful" people. If any of the old regime remained it was because they were browbeaten into submission or just the right "fit" for Craig. I liken the culture to Stepford Wives, it really is that bad. Not to mention if you are a performer you are just asked and expected to do more to compensate for the incompetency of these "beautiful" hires with little to no recognition or appreciation. Diversity only exists in the lower ranks and they are treated horribly and paid very little for the amount of work they are expected to do. Salary disparities for the same role were based on gender - if female your salary and opportunity for promotion will be much less than your male counterparts and only for that reason even if you are a higher performer with greater competency. And don't be an independent thinker because that will just result in you having a target on your back by all levels of management, as well as, HR. Good, talented people are put on improvement plans all the time for made up reasons if you do manage to collect that target on your back which is condoned, approved, and encouraged by HR who only supports their little 'mafia' of Managers so there's about a 1% chance of surviving the attack and that's only if you are able to prove discrimination which is rampant, this includes racial, gender, and age discrimination. They have spent many years perfecting their "craft" so be sure to document EVERYTHING from Day 1 of employment. In my tenure, I watched many great, respectable, moral talented people forced out for B.S. reasons and it continues to this day. Non-performers are consistently promoted to management positions because they've spent the majority of their time brown-nosing and going to happy hours with senior management to get into the "in" crowd while competent, hard-working employees are left to pick up the slack and are careful to toe the line and keep their heads down to avoid being targeted - Fear of losing your job is rampant. They say the culture is family with accountability, however, the only people held accountable for their's and even others actions are those who go against the grain and status quo. As my review title states, if you value your mental health, run away and avoid this company at all costs; trust me it's not worth it!
