      great pay, travel, great people to work with, the agency is invested in your development and growth

      Inconvénients

      too much travel away from family, you cant really plan for anything because a disaster might happen and you need to pack up and leave. Because of the nature of the job you could end up working holidays, weekends and such.

      Work life balance is good. You come, you do your work, you go home. Casual work environment. Hybrid, but a lot of flexibility to be remote

      Inconvénients

      If you're not ex-Military or an older white man, you'll have respect performed to you but not actually given. You might be in the room, but you'll be ignored or talked over.
