      Avantages

      - Good for fresh graduates - Subsidiaries of Astra International - Can learn many things because often the project will collaborating with other Astra subsidiaries - Diverse culture - Supporting environment

      Inconvénients

      - If you are positioned in core system project, the workload will be challenging - Work life balance can't be maintained for IT Roles, because we need to standby after office also in Saturday and Monday, if there are any production issue - Salary is not competitive, because they offer salary for fresh graduate/non-experienced, - Hard to get promotion (title/grades) - Cuti bersama will cut your annual leave - No overtime paid

      Avantages

      I don’t really see any pros, except maybe if you’re at the officer level.

      Inconvénients

      Coworkers tend to step back from each other lol, even within the same team. Management at SPV level often overpromises but struggles with managing their time, and the workload just keeps increasing non-stop. The workload distribution is pretty unfair. On top of that, contract employees don’t really feel included or supported by the company, are paid below minimum wage, and get very minimal benefits (basically none lol), plus they’re given laptops that are barely usable. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all if you’re considering a contract role here.
