      Avantages

      Excellent work culture, No clocking of hours like usual institutions. WFH for research. Research Incentives and Support Fund to Upskill Oneself. A wonderful Research Ecosystem. Plenty of growth opportunities if you are committed to making a difference. Age and experience will not limit your growth in the institution

      Inconvénients

      Since growing in all directions, one might sometimes feel overwhelmed. But very flexible in seeking your input and make changes to your work plan.
