      Avantages

      Working at FIIB has been a deeply fulfilling experience. As both a faculty member and Head-Instituitional Growth, I’ve witnessed firsthand the institution’s commitment to academic excellence, student-centricity, and innovation. The leadership encourages autonomy, collaboration, and continuous learning. Cross-functional support between departments makes it easy to implement new ideas. There’s a strong focus on values, employee recognition, and work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      As with any dynamic institution, change is constant. However, it reflects FIIB’s culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.

      Avantages

      Excellent work culture, No clocking of hours like usual institutions. WFH for research. Research Incentives and Support Fund to Upskill Oneself. A wonderful Research Ecosystem. Plenty of growth opportunities if you are committed to making a difference. Age and experience will not limit your growth in the institution

      Inconvénients

      Since growing in all directions, one might sometimes feel overwhelmed. But very flexible in seeking your input and make changes to your work plan. FIIB is not for everyone and everyone is not for FIIB. If you have the ambition to learn and desire to contribute and experience an unconventionally beautiful business school, then join
