      Avantages

      Stable position with decent benefits. Ability to move around internally.

      Inconvénients

      Even if you put the extra time and energy in to exceed expected work performance, the managers are told not to review employees above "satisfactory" to reduce costs. All this really does is reduce job satisfaction.

      Avantages

      Pay is decent for the area and benefits are acceptable.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic work environment overall. Many coworkers are difficult to work with, unprofessional, and contribute to a negative atmosphere. Management does little to address these issues, which allows the culture to continue. Policies are applied inconsistently, and communication from leadership is often unclear or misleading. HR is not always helpful when concerns are raised. Overall, it creates a stressful and frustrating place to work. Equipment is old. If you enjoy being covered in pesticides then its the place for you.
