Avantages

Great pay. Great benefits though Masters Mates & Pilots Union. Work 3 months on, 3 months off. All travel is paid.

Inconvénients

Long days sometimes. Rough seas & weather. A lot of time in the Middle East where temps averaged 120 degrees.

Nobody cares about their jobs anymore, that's why it's not looking good for the future Long hours
