Communication is great and, expectations are set and realistic. Easy to get along with everyone and people are always willing to help or have a chat.

Sometimes very slow, can be repetitive.

The employees were very dedicated. Any new employees were of my screening. Being granted freedom to run the department as I saw fit, as long as expectations were met or exceeded.

New designs presented unthought of issues requiring retrofit changes in the middle of production runs. Thorough testing was completed but beta tests uncovered issues.
