Avantages
Flexible morning timings but not night timings. It is better than mass recruiter as you will not be on bench. Getting good work is tough but not impossible. All seniors employees are allotted a cabin but they are still approachable.
Inconvénients
Management is not transparent for 100% things. Every policy is forced upon and no healthy discussion happens. Salary hikes are very bad. So make sure enter this organisation with good salary. Negotiate hard. Analysts are expected to do Business development work like copy paste LinkedIn ids from internet for 3 hours in a day along with regular deliverables. Many people joined this company and left before completing 6 months probation as they realized their mistake.
