      Avantages

      Great work environment, everyone is friendly and works well together, good pay for the role, very open to hearing ideas and opinions from employees, good work/life balance, plenty of support and opportunities for development

      Inconvénients

      One small con is the size of the office being a little small. It is a growing company so this may change/improve soon.
