Avantages

Family First Life is a total anomaly in the life insurance industry. They are honest, supportive, ethical and reliable. They expect their agents to behave accordingly. They offer free on-going training, have a large support staff who answer all questions in a timely manner. You can be proud of what you do when you work for this group. You know that they will never do anything unethical and will not tolerate your doing anything of the kind as well. They pay backend commissions (which absolutely didn't happen at the last IMO I was with). You have excellent support from everyone. I couldn't be happier

Inconvénients

While there are cons in this industry, I haven't identified any in this organization.

-A level sales training -High number of quality Insurance Companies to be contracted with -Flexible Schedule, 1099 Freedom

Inconvénients

- Seen some agents not get enough support (Find good upline) - Be ready to work it's entrepreneurship - Lead cost can be scary for some

* Paid well for your performance * Extra Bonuses for Production * Unlimited Income Potential * Incentive Trips * Work with Multiple Carriers (Not Captive)

Inconvénients

* Training can vary based off the agency you're apart of * Chargebacks (sucks but it's apart of then job) * Self Employed so you'll pay for your own Health insurance * Have to pay for your own leads but that's also way you get paid so much
