      Avantages

      - some co-workers were helpful/friendly

      Inconvénients

      - Low pay for amount of emotional work required -Lack of employee concerns and support -Terrible for mental health -No opportunities for prof. growth -toxic work environment -Tedious/busy work -Don't actually help victims; only band-aid their problems -SOOOO much paperwork (literally for every single thing you do, there's a document you have to fill out). Very annoying and takes time away from mission.

      Avantages

      You receive a paycheck on time for the most part.

      Inconvénients

      Severe Micromanagement Does not have any accessible resources for clients Management worries about what staff is doing oppose to actually helping clients Racism The CEO, The COO, and other managers are rude and incompetent There is never any shelter space They don't assist with rent/housing at all Too many clients to keep track of Never any appreciation for staff Supervisor is always upset when anyone takes time off You are expected to babysit and micromanage the staff you supervise
