      Avantages

      During the Coronavirus outbreak in 2021-2022, the business was growing.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic culture. Incapable C-level management. Too much bureaucracy to do a small thing. Unappreciative management, zero recognition. Not open to feedback.

      Avantages

      The company has a lot of active fundings, so you have great exposure to reps of deal flow.

      Inconvénients

      There onboardings is a mess. There is no training for there analyst positions. You are expected to learn everything yourself so be prepared if you are coming into the company as a new graduate. You will be working by yourself or remotely most of the time.
