      Exposure to different departments in the company and access to data for reference and future studies

      Inconvénients

      Bad environment for freshers, without proper structural training and guidance. Negative mindset of Senior management and bias towards certain employees. Won't evaluate based on value added performance. Evaluating based on pleasing and soft skills.

      Inconvénients

      You will be weeded out and labeled as having performance issues. That’s the default for POC. Would not recommend - no representation in office.
