Sales is usually the starting point and it should be a fun challenge. I enjoy it because no two days are the same. There are always new challenges, whether in gaining new accounts or building on what you already have started! I also like that I can get management to listen to me at any time. They are always open to suggestions and love to hear what is working for me.
Inconvénients
It can be stressful at times and there is a lot of competition for accounts. Also, there seems to be a gap between the store employees and being noticed my management because of company size.
