      Avantages

      Interacting with all the customers you come into contact with. If you hit your store goals they will stay off your back for a while, but the month you don't hit your margin goal or store goals...LOOK OUT!

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, bad pay, below average benefits and terrible compensation (commission) The structure of the commission program is laughable at best.

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience
