      Avantages

      Super friendly colleagues, annual retreats, flexible working hours, promoting work-life balance, remote working, working from home, team building activities, promoting a healthy life style, lots of creative liberty and always having your ideas taken into consideration. The management is very organised and there's no strict hierarchy, the people from HR are so helpful especially on the onboarding process.

      Inconvénients

      If you work from home far from the office, you can miss the contact with the colleagues and the day to day commuting routine.

      Avantages

      - The people are quite nice, although they can't attract enough talent so decide to hire students.

      Inconvénients

      - No progression or job structure - Management don't have a clue how to scale - No responsibility for previous cycle failures, instead they fire 80% of staff instead of C level taking a step down

      - Management is quite racist - No feedback loop - can end the contract in the middle of the day without any prior warning or notice
