      It's another full-service digital marketing agency, so there is nothing extremely special about the job or the employer. You can skip this one.

      Inconvénients

      The CEO is an evil and awfully arrogant person. He is delusional and never sees what he is doing wrong. Instead, he likes to pass on the blame for everything that goes wrong to the employees. It's ridiculous! Please beware and avoid this stressful work ambiance if possible!

      Avantages

      Work-From-Home flexibility is fantastic. Company is able to adapt services/strategy to the changing digital marketing industry. Team is all very knowledge and helpful.

      Avantages

      A few friendly coworkers and a flexible work setup, but those are the only redeeming features. Leaving was by far the best decision I could have made.

      Inconvénients

      - Employees are constantly pressured to meet impossible quotas and tight deadlines. - Support is nearly nonexistent. - Hard work and effort go completely unnoticed. - The only time management pays attention is to criticize mistakes.
