Some communication through the chain of command can be lost at times

Great pay and benefits. Smart and down to earth colleagues. I got the distinct feeling management cared about the employees as well as the community.

My team lead was often unprofessional and inconsistent in performance and communication. Team meetings could be haphazard in terms of content and felt like you were at a bar with the profanity and moving into non work related topics at times. Very inappropriate.
