Toxic management and useless union undermine employee welfare - Avis employé Warehouse Associate Ferguson

Morally corrupt and unprofessional management. This location is "unionized" but it's the most useless union of all time. They won't have employee/staff's back with anything. The union "steward" goes to private dinners and events with management so he doesn't have to defend any of his crew when it actually matters. He actively works with management to get rid of "problem" individuals. Don't even think about getting hurt and taking out workers comp here due to an injury caused AT WORK. They will RUN YOU OUT. They won't file the paperwork either. Hope they're enjoying the lawyers that my State has sent after them. Did I mention these are the same people that fired a different employee fired, for no reason mind you, 1 week after having a newborn child? They didn't succeed and had to bring them back. Good summation of this location and what Ferguson is all about baby! Coming from a guy who used to work for these clowns, they don't care about about you
