      Avantages

      I admire the CEO's experience and knowledge in the direct to consumer subscription space. He is a real pro at his craft. He is and has been doing everything to take the company to the next level, despite many road blocks thrown in his path.

      Inconvénients

      Complacency will not work at this stage of the Company's evolution.

      Avantages

      Consistent communication and follow-up throughout each step of the interview and application process. I always felt informed on next steps and appreciated the responsiveness from the recruiting team.

      Inconvénients

      Overall, the experience was very pleasant. The only minor issue that occurred was a time zone miscommunication during scheduling, but I believe that was simply an understandable error on both sides.
