      Avantages

      Great org culture, phenomenal benefits, and a positive mission. Fetzer offers great benefits including really good medical package, spiritual wellness resources, and generous time off. Staff are hardworking, kind, compassionate, and competent. Salaries are also competitive and HR department is thoughtful and open to staff suggestions. Employees can show up as themselves and be welcomed for authenticity!

      Inconvénients

      The organization can take a long time to make decisions and culture struggles to address conflict which can slow progress at times. Career growth can be ambiguous.
