      Avantages

      I enjoyed working with several of the managers when I first started at Fift Third. But within a year, they had all left or were fired.

      Inconvénients

      Highly political with a lot of back stabbing. Slow to adopt new technology - very cheap. Several people I worked with deliberately sabotaged projects.

      Lots of various forms of PTO

      Inconvénients

      Discriminatory practices, especially with FMLA. Very minimum career advancement opportunities.
