Avantages
Most weeks are 40 hours a week, with only occasional 50 hour weeks or weekend work. Coworkers are nice. Benefits and pay are standard.
Inconvénients
Morale is very low. The company is completely run by salespeople and accountants. This means each quarter, we ship multiple products that aren't ready so that we can bill for them that quarter. We then spend the next few months attempting to fix products that are already in the field instead of refining things under development. Nobody can take pride in their work because we don't have time to do things right. Employees are constantly set up to fail. There are no amenities or perks, and even coffee is $.75. The company doesn't have a bright future because leadership will not accept a few bad months now to prevent many in the future.
