      Avantages

      You get a ton of vacation days

      Inconvénients

      It's a company run by greedy people. There's no real leadership, or opportunities to grow (except if you're from outside Mexico). They don't have a strategy to retain true talent and are contempt with having a mediocre workforce which they use as scapegoat for their professional shortcomings. In spite of all of this, nobody truly cares in HQ.

      Avantages

      Great team members. You learn a lot. Work from home. Health Insurance. Cobee flexible retribution.

      Inconvénients

      Chaos. Lack of resources. Sales obsession with no team to assume the new projects. Peer review is mandatory and monthly review's results are never paired with decision making or actions behind them. It's like no one wonders why people leave, or complaints are dismissed. Absent or poor top management.
