Avantages

1. flexible with own work tasks 2. some colleagues are genuinely nice while most are not!!

Inconvénients

1. very toxic bosses and supervisors as this is a family-oriented business so one bad word impacts the whole family's view against u hence, super unfair 2. boss expects u to do everything like washing cleaning plates, vacuum and clean the office and make tea, which is so unethical as they have regulated staff to do this 3. dont expect to climb up the ladder as the managements have been here for over 20 years, so no chance for u to climb up at all

Avantages

-Friendly Staff -Are very understanding of family issues that pull you away from work. -Privately owned Family oriented Company. -Care about you and your family. -Great place to start out and grow your skill. -Not Micro managers if you take initiative.

Inconvénients

-Communication could use work. -Suggestions made by employees not taken seriously most of the time even if they could have positive effect on company's overall operations.
