      Avantages

      Great benefits, good holidays, generally solid work-life balance. HOD is helpful, just very busy.

      Inconvénients

      Workload can get heavy at times. Culture feels uneven—some people do most of the work while others pull strings.

      Super toxic environment and incapable HOD. Pay and benefits super low and pathetic.
