      Avantages

      The reason I worked for First Capital it was a team that worked together. It was a family atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      There was no downside to being employed by First Capital. Everyone was on the same team.

      Unprofessional work environment Supervisor and his assistant both quit without notice Boss didn't show up No one was getting paid Had to threaten boss with lawsuit in order to get money I was owed
