      First Capital is a great company to work for since they value you as a person and work life balance is celebrated. Lots of cultural events and summer events. Free lunch on last week of the month.

      Inconvénients

      Worked at FCR for a year and half and still waiting to experience a negative. Would like it to be 1 day work day or fully remote access.
