      For those who aspire to become business owners in the future, First Circle is a great place to grow. Since SMEs are FC's main customers, you gain exposure and learn how businesses operate while earning based on performance and merit.

      Inconvénients

      Despite having annual profit sharing, the company culture is merit based. Salary increases and promotions are not guaranteed and mainly depend on work output / overall performance and high potentials.
