      Engineering Managers are kind and protect their people. Got to work with smart and awesome colleagues.

      Inconvénients

      Executives don't care about their people. They don't know how to properly productize their business solutions. It was ran like an investment firm instead of a tech company

      Avantages

      For those who aspire to become business owners in the future, First Circle is a great place to grow. Since SMEs are FC's main customers, you gain exposure and learn how businesses operate while earning based on performance and merit.

      Inconvénients

      Despite having annual profit sharing, the company culture is merit based. Salary increases and promotions are not guaranteed and mainly depend on work output / overall performance and high potentials.
