In the span of a year the data team has lost numerous team members due to terrible management. This includes several data engineers , a scrum master, two product owners and several contractors.
Be prepared to have production support shifts where you will need to be up at 5 am even on the weekend for two week shifts. This will most likely not be told to you during the interview of course.
The management in this team doesn’t care for agile and will pull team members to work on random pet projects even if those team members are working on very critical and time sensitive items that the executive team wants them to work on. They don’t seem to understand or care that this type of behavior will result in lots of defects and garbage output.
