Inconvénients
Very discriminatory and racist employees who face absolutely no disciplinary action for what they do or say. They do not care about your personal career growth within the company. If you try posting for another internal position, be prepared to be bullied by your current manager and coworkers. Head of Operations and managers who report to head of Operations are very unethical. They threaten employees' pay and benefits if they try to speak up about unfair treatment. But even if they were to speak up about unfair treatment, HR will provide zero assistance whatsoever. They will illegally take your pay/hours worked from you to "cut out overtime". The employee was eventually reimbursed for the pay that was taken but the management involved in this unethical and illegal activity faced no disciplinary action. Note: If the employee did not notice this issue, the company was going to let it slide.
