      Good Package hike while joining the company

      Inconvénients

      - No job security for senior resources - Any time termination without any prior notice - Bad Management - Hire professionals with most of experience and fire them once the purpose is solved. - Never ever join the company or else the carrier will be spoiled

      Avantages

      I liked the people I worked with. Work life balance was fine for the time I was there.

      Inconvénients

      CEO thinks he was in the military (very odd complex). At first, CEO seems like an inspirational leader with a TED Talk like delivery but deep down it is empty and patronizing.
