Avantages
Genuinely nice people in the CZ office, friendly, collaborative, and easy to work and good events. Compensation as a contractor was very competitive and paid reliably. Office environment in Prague was pleasant.
Inconvénients
Project situation is unstable. Management often seemed unclear on direction and unable to help when projects wound down. If your long-term project ended, that basically meant you were on your way out. there was very little bench support or internal mobility to land you on something new. The company appeared to struggle consistently with bringing in new business. A significant part of the issue seemed to be the business/account managers and area leads whose actual job is to secure new clients and projects, many didn't seem capable of doing that effectively. This left consultants exposed whenever a project ended, regardless of performance.
