      Compensation can be above market if you work for the right Money Manager or cover the right sector. Great place to learn various investment styles.

      Inconvénients

      Highly political and toxic culture. Advancement occurs only if you are very good at office politics. This firm is not a meritocracy, despite all of the messaging.
