Work-life balance is quite good.

If you’re not related to the founders/partners, you’ll always be considered an outsider. Definitely helps if you’re Jewish. The CEO is the founder’s son, which is the only reason he is in the firm! The partners suck up to the founder and that’s why (reluctantly) agreed to make his son the CEO. The CEO is a terrible investor but in his mind thinks he is no less than Warren Buffett! There have been closed-door conversations amongst the senior partners about kicking the CEO out but they are waiting for the inevitable to happen to the founder. There will be a massive power-struggle when the inevitable happens which may not be ideal for junior employees or new joiners who will get caught up in the power struggle of who is loyal to who.
