Avantages
First Republic seems like a great place to an outsider- and can seem like there are a lot of advancement opportunities.
Inconvénients
the truth is that there are some really awful people in executive positions that make working at FRB horrible. So bad in fact that you could call it hostile, you can have a senior exec screaming at your for something that's so minuscule it doesn't matter to anyone (but them) because they have a bizarre control issue and everyone knows it.
