      Avantages

      Paid two weeks, no social life or family life choose holidays very easily and plenty overtime

      Inconvénients

      Poor treatment, favouritism, slave labour, aggressive, threatening, demanding, can do overtime from 8am to 12pm but you can never have contracted hours between those hours although trading and contact centres staffed, no social life working 5 days between 12pm-11pm one weekend day has to be done regardless. Public data not secure, they do not do the checks they say, people have to be victims of abuse, aggression and racism and no action is ever taken nor can you confront it, you have to tolerate and then end call but never defend yourself to protect company's own interest

      Avantages

      Management Works with your Schedule and is Very Flexable and Accomidating. Everyone is Cross Trained to Help Eachother and It's a Very Respectful Company to work for. I Love it!

      Inconvénients

      The Ink gets Everywhere and it's incredibly difficult to come off even with special soap as it requires only hot water and very special soaps.. Dawn Dishsoap and Ajax Works Great! Nothing else though.. Were Clothes that are ready to be Discarded Trust Me!!

      Avantages

      Jeans everyday and Monday thru Friday. No weekends!

      Inconvénients

      Extremely micro managed. Engagement is very unprofessional. They have no clue how to hire and retain good people. You have to sign in and out at your managers desk. Its almost like they don't trust anybody. This entire office should take a management class but sadly this will never happen. All of your equipment (office supplies, computer,) are used and old. They gave me a used headset Yuc! They are too cheap in a new pin for new employees. I have never been so embarrassed to say I worked here.
