      Avantages

      Management here is friendly and are there to help you become a better driver. Since the work is split-shift, you have time during the mid-day to go out and get some errands done, The benefits are great.

      Inconvénients

      Most of the high-value work is taken up by those with more tenure in the company. You'll have to spend a few years to start being able to get in first on route picks because of this.
