Avantages

Was once a great place to work.

Inconvénients

Not sure what the C-suite was thinking when they agreed to hire the new CTO. He is a terrible leader who does not think through decisions before sharing them or making them for that matter. How do you eliminate an entire team that led projects and expect the rest of us to just absorb the additional responsibilities. The CEO is not the same person he once was.

Nice location, easy access, good D&I

Inconvénients

I worked here for two years, the Pay scale was so low you had to work two jobs if you’re a single person. They have the customer service representatives doing sales, and then find ways to not give sales bonuses because your customer service levels aren’t high enough. I had worked in customer service for eight years and I’m still in customer service at another institution and never have I seen such ridiculous rules. If you have to send a request to another department and they call them back your first call resolution is crap. And remember this is a sales team so they pay you so little and work really hard to not give you a bonus. I talked to a Work coworker who stated that now they don’t get their quarterly bonuses because they have to be at 110% of First call resolution to get the quarterly sales. Bonus makes zero sense.
