      Not a lot of flexibility, the amount of expected vs pay is too much especially compared to other banks in the country.

      Really good benefits. They try to help the employees learn as much as they can.

      Inconvénients

      Management can be a bit rigid and performance evaluation discussions were not consistent in the department I was in.
