      Pay is good. The benefits are the best of any other carrier their size. The team at the corporate office is always willing to help

      Decent pay and benefits, good vacation payouts

      Inconvénients

      They care more about customers than their employees. If the company they’re hauling for doesn’t like an employee, they will side with the customer. Can’t keep a manager in the office but won’t promote office staff to management. Don’t understand employment and FMLA laws and will wrongfully terminate employees
