Change for the Better - Avis employé Finance FirstKey Homes

The company is going through a lot of change so that it can grow. Old leaders are being replaced with ones who can position the company for bigger things. Some people loved the old way of doing things and seem to have a problem with the new team wanting to do things differently. But we aren't going to be able to grow without new ways of doing things. The old way was too manual and did not take advantage of technology. I am personally excited that I have the opportunity to be part of something new that is growing so fast. Yes, we are working hard, but it will pay off in the end. We are already seeing the benefit of some of the new systems that have been implemented.
