      Avantages

      This is an exciting company to work for that is going through some very exciting changes. There is a lot of opportunity for career growth and for the chance to make an impact. Very excited to have made the decision to join FirstKey Homes and become a Keyper!

      Inconvénients

      We are a meeting heavy organization that gets in the way of "getting things done". In remote settings though I'd rather have extra meetings than not enough.

      Thank you for your review. We are always looking for ways to reduce the number of meetings! If you have ideas on how to do that, please let your leaders know! We would love the opportunity to give time back to our employees to get the actual work completed.
